Commercial Real Estate Sales Career Change

If you are starting a job in commercial real estate sales it is important to understand that the opportunities that exist are as large as the hurdles to be overcome. The best salespeople in the industry are those that have created their own success through total hard work and diligence to prospecting, marketing, and negotiating.

You must be building your business on one hand and closing the business on another. Far to many salespeople overlook prospecting fundamentals when things get busy. This leads to a cycle of troughs and peaks in commissions and listings.
